Fundamentals of Mediterranean Cuisine

Long touted as the “longevity diet”, Mediterranean cuisine is not only healthy, it is also perfect for busy families: it is versatile so even picky eaters will find something they like, it is quick to cook so putting together a supper after a day in the office is not as stressful, and it is so delicious that you will want to turn to this cuisine time after time. In this class, we cover the basics of this remarkable cuisine (pita, meze, köfte, rice, vegetables, and olive oil-based dessert) that will help you get started or expand your cooking repertoire.

The class is 2.5 hours, hands-on, and limited to 4 people.
