Thanksgiving for Beginners

Thanksgiving is an beloved American holiday, bringing families and friends together around shared table, to celebrate community and connection. While it is a beautiful tradition, it can be stressful for a home chef striving to welcome guests while finishing a multi-dish dinner. This class is designed to reduce the stress if you are hosting, or help you learn easy but delicious traditional Thanksgiving dishes that you might want to make to contribute to the shared table.

You will learn how to roast delicious turkey legs and how to make stuffed turkey breast as well as traditional sides (stuffing, roasted vegetables, and cranberry sauce from scratch), and of course the famous apple pie! Along the way, we'll discuss timing, organization, make-ahead strategies, and practical tips for coordinating multiple dishes, so everything reaches the table hot and at its best. This in-person class is 2.5 hours, hands-on, and limited to 4 people.
