Testimonials

“I had heard about Elena’s classes and asked her to lead an event for my son’s 15th birthday. Huge success! She helped us plan a custom menu within our budget, then came to my house with a car full of ingredients and cookware. She led a class for the teens- not just instructing them on what to do, but also explaining the science behind what they were doing. The teens all enjoyed the hands on experience and eating their delicious meal!”

“Highly recommend Elena! She is a fabulous teacher. We did a sourdough bread making class with a bunch of women for our friend’s birthday and we not only learned so much, we had a lot of fun! It was so interesting to learn about he science behind sourdough and especially to get hands on experience working with the dough. Her sourdough is the best I’ve ever had! Looking forward to trying her recipes on my own soon as we all went home with detailed instructions and our own sourdough starter. Thank you Elena!”

“We booked Elena from First Food Culinary School for my daughter’s 12th birthday party, and honestly it exceeded every expectation. She led 13 girls through a full three-course Italian meal: Caprese skewer salads, homemade meatballs and spaghetti, and a flourless Italian chocolate cake. Every single dish was genuinely delicious. The meatballs in particular were phenomenal. Elena managed a room full of excited 12-year-olds. She was professional at ease with the kids, and they absolutely loved her. She arrived with all her own professional equipment and adorable little aprons for the girls, which added such a fun touch. At the end of the party, not only had the girls devoured most of what they cooked, but the kitchen was spotless. She left the space clean and orderly, which as a host I deeply appreciated.”
