SHOWSTOPPING CAKES

A cake that is both delicious and beautiful is undoubtedly a centerpiece of any celebratory event. Of course, you can always buy a cake, but baking one from scratch makes it that much more special. Both novices and more experienced bakers will find this class useful. You will learn foundational skills as well more advanced techniques to ensure that your next cake is perfect. No more soggy bottoms or sagging centers!

The three cakes you will learn in this class are a no-bake cheesecake with lemon curd topping, a flourless Italian chocolate cake, and an infinitely adaptable classic sponge cake. Learning how to make these cakes well will enable you to make countless varieties with confidence.

The class is 2.5 hours long, hands-on, and limited to 4 people. Ingredients include wheat, eggs, and dairy.
