Travel into the magnificent kitchens of the Ottoman Empire in this hands-on Master Chef class celebrating one of the world’s great culinary traditions. Drawing from the rich flavors of modern-day Türkiye, the Balkans, the Levant, North Africa, and the Eastern Mediterranean, you will learn the techniques, spice traditions, and refined layering of flavors that defined centuries of palace and regional cooking. From a smoky eggplant dip with traditional bread to stuffed chicken, aromatic pilaf, beautiful vegetables, and, of course, a dessert, this class will not leave you disappointed!
The class is 2.5 hours, hands-on, and limited to 4 people.
