Pasta vs Rice: Italian Regional Cuisines

Roman cacio e pepe or Milanese risotto - which is your favorite Italian dish to cook and to eat? You will learn to cook both in this class and a bonus mozzarella-tomato salad (insalata caprese) and classic Italian flourless cake (torta caprese).

The class is hands-on and limited to 4 people.
