This class is designed to introduce different methods of preparing fish (as well as accompanying sauces) to make delicious and healthy meals at home while avoiding “fishy” smell. You will learn how to bake, fry, poach, and make beautiful fish parcels with phyllo dough. You will also learn about different kinds of fish and how to match them to the preparation technique.

This class is 2.5 hours, hands-on, and limited to 4 people.

Upcoming classes:

  • Thursday, May 28, 6 to 8:30 pm. Register here.
