Cooking Delicious Fish

Many people understand the health benefits of eating more fish, but shy away from cooking it at home. This class is designed to introduce different methods of preparing fish (as well as accompanying sauces) to make delicious and healthy meals at home. The class is hands-on and limited to 4 people.
