Baking Sourdough at Home

With the price of artisan bread soaring, who would not want to bake at home? In this class you will learn the process and techniques for making a spectacular and healthy sourdough loaf every time. You will take home three base recipes and a list of supplies along with a mature sourdough starter to help you get started immediately.

The class is 2 hours, hands-on, and is typically limited to 4 people in a group (exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis).
